Looking for a unique, one of a kind gift? We are creating laser engraved, personalized, 8-inch gyutou knives with up to 3 lines of text on one side of the blade (put text in the notes area at check out).
Crafted using Japanese engineering and features a toughened stainless steel blade that measures 8-inches. This 2.3 mm thick blade consists of about 0.6%-0.75% carbon for added strength and durability. The length of the handle is 5 inches giving the knife an overall length of 13 inches.
